Rama kujton vizitën e Nikita Hrushov-it/ “Bashkimi Sovjetik solli avionë bombardues në Kuçovë”

Kryeministri Edi Rama kujtoi vizitën e shefit të Kremlinit, Nikita Hrushov, në Shqipëri dhe interesin e Bashkimit Sovjetik për bazën ajrore të Kuçovës.

Rama tha se Bashkimi Sovjetik kishte sistemuar në Kuçovë një numër të madh avionësh bombardues.

Sipas tij, në planin e deklasifikuar të luftës që qëndronte në sirtarët e Kremlinit, avionët që qëndronin në Kuçovë do të përdoreshin për të bombarduar Evropën Perëndimore.

“Nga të gjitha zhvillimet e përpara ndryshimeve demokratike po i referohem një fragmenti të gazetës 'Zëri i Popullit' në maj 1954 kur në Shqipëri erdhi udhëheqësi i Bashkimit Sovjetik dhe gazeta shkruante se të vdekurit po kërcenin nga gëzimi dhe lulet atë maj kishin çelur më herët pikërisht për të pritur shokun Hrushov.

Është i rëndësishëm ky referim sepse në atë kohë Shqipëria me këtë bazë që rihapim sot konsiderohej një avampos strategjik i perandorisë sovjetike përballë Evropës Perëndimore dhe këtu në Kuçovë ishin sistemuar një numër jo i vogël avionësh bombardues. Po të lexosh planin e deklasifikuar të luftës që qëndronte në sirtarët e Kremlinit, pjesë e këtij operacioni ishin edhe avionët bombardues që qëndronin në bazën e Kuçovës”, theksoi kreu i qeverisë./ CNA
