Fact/ America reacts to interference in justice

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has reacted to the decision of the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, who on March 5 decreed the laws adopted by the Assembly of Republika Srpska, the Serb entity of Bosnia, which prohibit the work of the Court, the Prosecutor's Office, the State Investigation Agency (SIPA), and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia in the territory of this entity.

Rubio has stated that the actions of the President of Republika Srpska (RS), Milorad Dodik, pose a threat to the security and stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and undermine its state institutions.

"Our government calls on political leaders in Bosnia and Herzegovina to engage in constructive and responsible dialogue. We call on our partners in the region to join us in opposing this dangerous and escalating behavior," Rubio wrote on the social network X.

Thus, the reaction of US Secretary of State Marco Rubio clearly shows that Americans react to interference in justice.

To parallel the case, this is exactly what is happening in Albania, where justice is being interfered with.

This is shown by the attacks made by politics in every direction, which are an interference in justice.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio's reaction to Dodik is a clear sign of interference in justice.

These interventions are also attempted in Albania, as is the case with the Xhafaj commission, which was created with the aim of obstructing the work of SPAK, an institution that is conducting investigations at high levels of officials and politicians.

Both political parties, both the opposition and the majority, have made brutal attacks on justice, not only on justice institutions but also on specific names with political games and scenarios against justice.

Frontal attacks on prosecutors and judges by both the prime minister and the mayor, as well as opposition leaders, a language full of insults and curses that could translate into a kind of blackmail against justice.

SPAK sent Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj behind bars, arrested on two very serious charges such as laundering the proceeds of crime and corruption./ CNA
