Enkelejd Alibeaj is another politician who has used the same scheme as Adriatik Lapaj and Endrit Shabani.

He has placed three members of his family on the list of candidates, his two daughters and his mother.

Alibeaj himself has publicly admitted this, where he also reveals on social media the strategy he used by including family members on closed lists.

According to Alibeaj, the law is bad and he was forced to do this scheme. So, just like Lapaj and Shabani, Alibeaj thought of securing himself in the race by mocking public opinion.
