MP Dashnor Sula spoke in a television appearance about his departure from the Democratic Party lists.

He revealed that until yesterday afternoon he had communicated with the Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, who had proposed to Sula to be on the open list.

Sula said that his condition of being on the closed lists was non-negotiable and revealed that he had guaranteed Noka that he would not accept the deputy's mandate if he did not receive more than 10,000 personal votes.

Dashnor Sula further indicated that conditions were set in order to be on the Democratic Party's closed list, requiring them to secure 600 voters from the Diaspora.

" The Catholic and Orthodox communities in Elbasan are unrepresented. They have vetoed me and Zheni Gjergji. After the 11th, we will tell them everything, who the people are and what they have done. This is done so that we are not the cause of the loss in Elbasan, although the loss is not discussed. Elbasan today has four and a half deputies, let alone four. After I refused to go to the "Albania Becomes Initiative", I agreed to be on the closed lists. I guaranteed Noka that if I do not pass 10 thousand personal votes and do not defend the 6th mandate, I do not want the mandate. MP Dashnor Sula has said that he does not feel hatred for Berisha, but pity. Sula has even made a promise if Berisha manages to defeat Rama on May 11. He said that he will kneel before the leader of the democrats.

"I don't hate Berisha, nor Flamur Noka, but I pity them for their black souls. I feel sorry for Berisha, they whisper in his ear so much that they make him dizzy. In the meetings that were held, they misinformed him about me.
