He dismissed him from the post of Minister of Education/ Evis Kushi thanks Rama:

Evis Kushi was dismissed today in the Assembly from the post of Minister of Education with 99 votes in favor, after the changes in the government of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

After the vote in the Parliament, there was a reaction from Khushi himself, who thanked Prime Minister Edi Rama for trusting him and entrusting him with the responsibility of a ministry for about 3 years.

She wrote on social networks that it was a great honor to serve as Minister of Education and Sports, while she expressed confidence in the successful performance of this task by her successor, Ogerta Manastirliu.

"Serving as Minister of Education and Sports for my country has been the greatest honor in my life, for which I have worked every day with mind and heart, with high dedication and responsibility, to fulfill it successfully and to do the best at every step.

I want to deeply thank all those who were by my side along this journey, teachers, lecturers and colleagues in the ministry, with whom we have overcome many difficult challenges in these three years, especially the consequences of the earthquake and the pandemic, but we have also achieved a lot transformative reforms that will have an impact for a long time in the future, from the unique common primer, the improvement of the educational infrastructure, digitalization to the internationalization of universities.

Many thanks to every athlete who raised the red and black flag, giving us pride and unforgettable emotions with the medals won! Thanks to our joint work, athletes today are valued with more dignity and Albania has risen to a new level in the international arena.

Endless gratitude to Prime Minister Edi Rama who gave me unstinting trust and support to successfully fulfill this high mission!

I am convinced that Ogerta will continue on the path of reforms started, to raise the quality of education and sports, towards the best contemporary standards, as our children and young people deserve", said Kushi.
