Kryetari i koalicionit “Bashkë Fitojmë”, Sali Berisha, ka folur për ndërtimin e rrugës Qukës-Qafë Plloçë gjatë prezantimit të kandidatit për bashkinë Maliq.
Berisha tha se lotet e rrugës dalin me 15 apo 20 metra mospërputhje, çka sipas tij ka zgjatur gjatësinë e rrugës, duke shtuar mundësinë për të vjedhur.
“Qafë Plloçë-Qukës, do sillej Korça më afër Tiranës ky ishte qëllimi, nëse tuneli i Pogradecit shkurtoi distancën me një orë, rruga do ta shkurtonte me gjysmë ore. Ajo nuk shkurton më as 5 apo 10 minuta sepse e hëngri korrupsioni. Ç’kanë bërë, në 2 segmente të saj lotet dalin me 15 -20 metra mospërputhje e detyrohen të zgjasin rrugën që të përputhin lotet. Kjo ishte mënyra e si të vjedhin më shumë.
