Today, the Democratic Party made public a document indicating that the President of the Republic Bajram Begaj, in addition to his duties as Head of State, worked as a doctor in a private hospital.

The Democratic Party also submitted to the Assembly a request for the dismissal of Bajram Begaj with the argument that the president has violated the Constitution on 7 occasions.

Regarding this request, Democratic Party MP Belind Këlliçi, in an interview with journalist Ola Bruko, said that the president has violated the Constitution in 7 cases, and one of the cases was the decree of Diella. The Democratic MP said that the majority has the arrogance of numbers and will not accept the request, but the opposition will use all the space.

" We have been demanding elections in Tirana for 2.5 years, but when the Constitution does not allow it, we cannot violate it."

The Constitutional Court will give Begaj a chance and will set a deadline, but Begaj violated the Constitution a month ago with the decree of Diella.

The request for Begaj's dismissal was signed by 38 MPs.
