The head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, clearly stated today that the Electoral Reform Commission will be established as of tomorrow, after many debates held this Wednesday at the Conference of Speakers.

In a statement to the media, Balla stated that the SP has no prejudice against small parties that want to participate.

Balla ironically stated that since the DP lends the candidate for the Tirana race to these parties, the SP also has the right to take them into consideration.

"Parties that do not have a parliamentary group or do not have the goodwill to be present in the electoral groups. To be equal both in number and in the right of veto. It is the greatest guarantee that the big parties have. That is why we have left this point of the decision pending so that we can approve it and the points are there. When we see that the DP needs the small parties, it even lends them the candidate they have. Why not consider these small parties. I have no authority to question the election result.
