Diskutime në Kuvend/ Ibrahimaj: Reforma do t’i vërë kapakun rritjes së pagave

Në senacën e sotme plenare ministrja Delina Ibrahimaj ka bërë një përmbledhje të asja që ka deklaruar më herët në lidhje me pagat dhe kategoritë që kanë përfituar rritje këtë vit.

Ibrahimaj u shpreh nga Foltorja se, Reforma do t’i vërë kapakun rritjes së pagave dhe domosdohmërisë për rritjen e pagave.

Ajo nënvizoi dhe njëherë se paga minimale këtë vit ka shkuar në 40 mijë lekë dhe në të ardhmen paga mesatare për administratën do të shkojë deri në 900 euro.

“Do të pasohet me rritje të pagave të sektorit privat.  Ekonomia botërore paraqet sfida të mëdha.

Rritja filloi në 34 mijë lekë dhe deri 2023 shkoi në 40 mijw lekë.

Më tej do të rritet në 45 mijw lekë. Reforma mundëson jo vetëm rritjen e pagave të ulëta por në të gjithw administratën publike.

Gjatë vitit të ardhshëm paga bruto pritet të arrijë 900 euro. Në 10 vite do arrijnë ta rrisim me 141%.

Pati gjatë fushatës edhe bllokime mbi pamundësinë e kësaj reforme.

Kjo reformw nuk nisi nga hiçi. Kemi vite që punojmë për të. Të tilla reforma bwhen pasi të përmbushen kushtet e caktuara ekonomike. Sot ekonomia na jep këtë mundësi.

Ndërhyrjen e parë të pagave menduam të ndërhyjmë tek kategoritw që kanë me shumë nevojë.

Reforma do të vërë kapakun rritjes së pagave dhe domosdoshmërisë së rritje së pagave.

Sot kemi një pagë minimale që ka shkuar në 40 mijë lekë”, tha Ibrahimaj./ CNA.al
