Lulzim Basha, who lied to Albanians and Democrats as if he resigned and took some vacations, has already returned to DP with lies and other deceptions that he will bring victory.

But, just like in the local elections of May 14, also in these partial elections for the Municipality of Kukes, Basha has not been able to secure a dignified candidate who could compete against two other rivals.
