Rama: Our victory on May 11 will be a 10
Prime Minister Edi Rama, at the closing meeting in Pog...

The Democratic Party has denounced that the Socialist Party is preparing vote buying.
According to the DP, it has the first evidence and information available before such phenomena are programmed to occur.
The DP emphasizes that anyone who is involved in vote-buying acts will not only be publicly denounced but will be declared an "electoral terrorist" by the Democratic Party and that the law and justice will strike them without any hesitation.
The DP calls on the State Police and SPAK, that it is time to prove that they are not only impartial, but also servants of the law, for the benefit of Albania.
"As we enter the final week of the election campaign, we know that according to the best tradition of the last 12 years, this is the week where the Socialist Party bought votes with a majority, in cash or with aid, with promises of legalization, jobs, lifting fines, etc.
This is the week where the will of the people is severely alienated and where today's current majority has given up all hope of victory.
We have the first evidence and information available before such phenomena are programmed to occur. We have knowledge of names and surnames, the areas they are operating in, the people who have been promised all sorts of illegal things in exchange for votes.
I am here before you to declare that the Democratic Party is on the ground, in full monitoring of the situation, with its mobile territorial structures that are monitoring every corner of the territory and every suspected person.
I am here to inform anyone who engages in vote-buying activities that they will not only be publicly denounced but will be declared an "electoral terrorist" by the Democratic Party and that the law and justice will strike them down without any hesitation.
We call on the State Police and SPAK, the two main structures guaranteeing a fair and transparent electoral process, that it is their time to prove that they are not only impartial, but also servants of the law, for the benefit of Albania.
We do not seek tension or confrontation, but only the implementation of the law. We will immediately signal the above structures any case of violation of the electoral law. We will not allow any vote to be alienated, any vote to be stolen or bought. We expect the law enforcement structures to operate immediately without wasting any time.
We want Albanian citizens to vote freely and without threat. But be assured that no vote is affected, no vote is alienated. Woe to those who do not reckon with the law and the determination of democrats to fully respect the will of the voters! ", the statement says.
