From the verification carried out by the registry office, it results that criminal proceeding No. 522 dated 26.05.2025 has been registered, for the criminal offense of
"Falsification of electoral material and election results" provided for by Article 326 of the Criminal Code. Currently, this proceeding is in the investigation phase," the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office said in its response./ CNA
