Rilindja, after having left the citizens of Elbasan in poverty, seeks to buy them back with fraud at the end of its last governing mandate. The Socialist Party has made it a point to distribute favors under the arm or even in front of millions of Albanians in every campaign period, openly violating the law. The case we are denouncing today has to do with the distribution of legalizations in the Elbasan region. The document you see is being distributed by administrators of local government units, who possess the lists of self-declarations, going door to door to applicants with notices or offering legalizations.

As this notice for legalization has been distributed by dozens of ASHK Elbasan since mid-January until today. Something that is prohibited by law in the four-month period of the election date. The denunciation that comes to us emphasizes that these notices are not accompanied by legalization permits, with master plans and sketches. Citizens who seek to apply are told that this notice alone is enough to receive the titles of their properties, while this notice must be accompanied by the physical legalization permit. We ask law enforcement agencies to verify the number of the notification protocol, the time of the notification and the time when the legalization permits for these cases were produced and signed.

Our suspicions are that these announcements about the legalization process in the Elbasan Region are being used for direct electoral purposes. We call on the State Election Commission, which has reminded state institutions that 4 months before the elections, the distribution of legalization permits is not allowed. We call on the citizens of Elbasan, not to be manipulated by the deceptions of this government, which for 12 years has left you in miserable conditions, poverty, helplessness and humiliation. Momentary favors are simply another deception to leave you again in conditions of survival, oppression and submission.
