At this Wednesday's meeting, the Council of Ministers decided to open the Albanian embassy in Brussels.
The opening expenses will be covered by the approved budget for the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.

DECISION
ONOPENING OF THE PERMANENT MISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA TO THE EUROPEAN UNION
In accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution and point 1, Article 21, of Law No. 23/2015, “On the Foreign Service of the Republic of Albania”, upon the proposal of the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Council of Ministers
DECIDED:
1. Opening of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Albania to the European Union.
2. The expenses for the opening of this mission are covered by the approved budget for the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs for 2025.
3. The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs is charged with the implementation of this decision.
