Fredi Beleri addresses SPAK/Reports Jorgo Goro, Olta Xhaçka and Artan Gaçi

MEP Fredi Beleri has today filed a criminal complaint with the Special Court of First Instance Against Corruption and Organized Crime. Beleri has filed a criminal complaint against Jorgo Goro, Artan Gaçi and MP Olta Xhaçka.

In his complaint, Beleri requested 'the annulment of the decision/letter no. Prot 22920/1 dated 27.12.2024 of the Special Prosecution Office for Corruption and Organized Crime, which announces the non-initiation of criminal proceedings against the reported citizens Olta Xhaçka and Artan Gaçi.'

Beleri has requested from the Court to order the registration of criminal proceedings for the reported criminal offense and the carrying out of relevant investigative actions./CNA
