The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, spoke in a television appearance about the debates between Trump and Zelensky at today's meeting at the White House.

Berisha expressed that America's role in Europe is vital, its presence is for the security of the continent.

The leading Democrat continued by saying that if the US were not present in NATO, it is unknown where the Russian tanks in Europe would be.

“Trump’s return constitutes the biggest change in the world since the fall of the Iron Curtain. Every 25-30 years, the world finds itself facing changes that few predict. Trump declared to the American nation and the world that the number one enemy of the United States is the enemy within. He made the most courageous statement of his life. He told them that you must free yourself from these enemies who are imposing censorship and dictatorship, who are turning justice into a political weapon. Those enemies politicized to the extreme even institutions that should have remained outside of politicization. America had undergone a transformation, a penetration of the extreme left .

"You can't win with America. I have the deepest feelings about the war in Ukraine, but America's role in Europe in my assessment is vital. If America were not present in NATO, I don't know where the Russian tanks would be in Europe. Russia has ambitions from the Baltic to the Adriatic.
