Primaries in the DP/Muçollari: Energization process, high responsibility

Member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Grigels Muçollari, invited to the show Syri Digital on SYRI TV, member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Grigels Muçollari, spoke about the Primaries that will be held tomorrow, March 1st. 

Muçollari considered the Primaries as a re-energizing process for the Democratic Party and as an important exercise for its democratization.

Grigels Muçollari compared the Democratic Party's primaries process to the Socialists' "The MP We Want" platform, saying that the Socialist Party selects candidates for MPs as candidates for a job and that it needs young people as make-up to hide oppression.

 

"I would consider it a process of energizing the DP. A large influx of candidates go out into the field and use all their skills to communicate with the electorate. Starting with the voters of the DP. Beyond this, it is also a model and example for society. Of course, the primaries may have their flaws at this moment, but let them be one more exercise for the party's democratization. The DP has a very high responsibility for society, it has a responsibility to create the difference and contrast between the largest parties in the country, the DP and the SP.

On one side we see a party that tries to introduce mechanisms that breathe life into society, breathe life into the voting mechanism. On the other side we have a party that chooses candidates as if in a workplace through the 'MP we want'. The conditions in which both parties find themselves are different, one needs to use all the possible 'make up' to hide all the injustices of ministers and MPs, while the DP needs energizing. In this aspect, I would consider it as a responsibility of the democrats to elect their representatives, so that they can then take on great responsibility on May 11,” said Muçollari.
