A few days ago, the Constitutional Court gave the decision on the security measure of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, which he left under "house arrest".

The president of the Democratic Party immediately took action and filed a lawsuit in the Court of Strasbourg.

The latter has accepted the lawsuit of the president of the DP against the decision of the SPAK regarding the security measure.

In addition, Berisha has also submitted a request to the Constitutional Court, where he requests the acceleration of the appeal against the security measure.

"The period before us is a pre-election period. In the interest of pluralism, the voters should be offered some alternatives and the opposition should have the conditions to present its alternative to the voters without obstacles.
