Prime Minister Edi Rama today held a meeting with the Albanians of London as part of the diaspora tour, accompanied by his wife Linda Rama and other representatives of the Socialist Party.

The non-reaction of the mayor Erion Veliaj regarding the Prime Minister's meeting in London could not fail to be noticed. As you can see in the photo below, Veliaj has not only given live on social networks (until the publication of this article) but has not made any reaction to the meeting of the socialist leader in London.

Occurred in the midst of troubles because the SPAK has inserted its "claws" by investigating the municipality of Tirana, Veliaj's wealth and many other affairs and scandals, Veliaj publicly confirmed today the final separation with Edi Rama, a separation which started some time ago with several protests organized by the mayor against socialist ministers or various unstoppable media attacks and even articles in foreign media.

In Rama's meetings with Albanians from Europe to the USA, Erion Veliaj followed the prime minister and, as always, to be in the center of attention, he posted endless photos and videos on social networks, did you say he was the organizer and part of the success.

From Athens to Milan, after Edi Rama's meetings in New York and Thessaloniki, Veliaj has given live and posted endless videos on "Facebook" where he feels proud of the Albanians of Italy, USA or Greece.

But why is Veliaj no longer proud of Rama's other meetings in London?

Recent events show that the relationship between Prime Minister Edi Rama and the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, is coming to an end and the mayor of Tirana himself has taken action with his attacks or indifference on social networks.

Even during the Prime Minister's meeting with the Albanians of Athens on May 12 of this year, Veliaj went on vacation with his wife to Venice, as it seemed clear that Rama refused to include him with the staff that would travel with him to the Greek capital, avoiding him for dozens of times. Then he ran to Milan and up to New York.

Like a dog after his master, Erion Veliaj until today was "Yes, as you order!" with Rama, but what is happening these last days is clear with Veliaj's action against Rama's ministers and today with the ignoring of the prime minister in London.

Erion Veliaj is trying to hide behind his finger, removing the responsibilities from himself, as it seems he has been abandoned and waiting to end up behind bars due to multiple investigations by SPAK. /CNA
