The appeal of Alibeajt/ KAS draws lots for the relator

After the decision taken by the head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, who decided not to register PD in the elections of May 14, Enkelejd Alibeaj submitted the appeal to KAS.

Today, KAS is expected to draw lots to appoint the realtor for Alibeaj's appeal.

We recall that Celibashi asked Lulzim Basha to sign the document with the exact date of the election, since according to him he appears as the chairman of the DP.

For this, Celibashi set a deadline of 48 hours for Alibeaj's group to fill in the gaps in the document, but this has not happened.

According to them, the document is correct and there are no shortcomings, while they opposed Celiba?'s decision, calling it influenced and political./ CNA.al
