The Commander-in-Chief of the Democratic Party, Enkelejd Alibeaj

The Commander-in-Chief of the Democratic Party, Enkelejd Alibeaj, addressed the citizens with a video message about the May 14 local elections.

Alibeaj said that he will lead the revival as the only Western, Euro-Atlantic and national alternative.

He asked the citizens to vote for his candidates with the claim that they will give Albania a breather.

Alibeaj's statement:

In the most historic electoral campaign in the 33-year life of the Democratic Party, I have the responsibility and the honor to lead it towards its revival as the only Western, Euro-Atlantic and patriotic alternative of the center-right in Albania.

Yes, patriotism and Euro-Atlanticism are a binomial, they are the same thing, we have made this choice which is the only correct, the only right one. No non-Western alternative can win in DP.

There are three electoral campaigns in our country today, one by Edi Rama and the Socialist Party to further cement corruption in the system.

The other of Sali Berisha in alliance with Ilir Meta to destroy the western Democratic Party and to take the monopoly of an opposition that does not open any door in the west.

The third campaign is the campaign of the Democratic Party, dignified in its appearance, full of essence and vision. We are the proposal and the only alternative of the modern right that is a sign from the future.

I appeal to all free people in this country, give your vote to the Democratic Party and its candidates on May 14, Albania needs to breathe./ CNA.al
