In a statement to the media before the start of the session, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha said that the opposition action will continue, but did not give details of what the opposition MPs will do today. 

Berisha warned Prime Minister Edi Rama that nothing stops their action and that the action is a path of no return, until the majority respects the constitutional rights. 

"None is revealed in advance. There is no more normal, the most normal, the most sacred thing that a deputy can do is to protect the Constitutional right. The Constitution must be protected at any cost. I think this is the most responsible decision they make , the boycott would be a wish and satisfaction of Edi Rama which we do not want to give him. We appreciate the progress of the report and in this parliament the constitution is violated with both feet. It is the Albanians who must respond to the unprecedented acts. Rama pretended was going to appear in the interplena and suddenly this problem came up. No one is stopping our action, our action is irreversible. It will go through all its stages until the Constitution is established in the parliament and the country," said Berisha. / CNA
