Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha said in a press conference that Arben Kraja and Enkeleda Millonai are the face of Edi Rama in the justice system.
According to Berisha, they are violators of the Constitution.
"I am interested that more than anyone else, I will talk about a wide list for that judge. I mean that where Edi Rama cooperates with exponents who break the law, what can we say to him that how can decisions be accepted to these. Arben Kraja, knowing that he has left the justice system as an insurance investigator, could not take that task. Today's law does not allow him to be in SPAK. Arben Kraja and Millonai are the face of Edi Rama," said Berisha ./ CNA
