Deputy Agron Shehaj, during his speech in the Assembly, asked the Minister of Health Albana Koçiu about the lack of medicines at the Oncology Department.

Shehaj has stated that health is the ministry where the most theft is done and what is happening at the Oncology Department is criminal, where in addition to the lack of medicines, shortened treatment is applied to patients due to these shortages.

"Today the government has brought a normative act that, according to the minister, will improve the professionalism of doctors and increase the quality of service. The pathos in this room from the government regarding health is scandalous. A journalist made public a few days ago the messages in which the Oncology doctors communicate. I don't know if you've seen it.

This happens in Oncology, Madam Minister, with this law you have made that will bring new rules to doctors, you think they solve the problem of medicines.

Doctors are forced to lie to patients, they get propaganda, you tell them to lie, shorten the treatment. This happens at the Oncologist and what you do to change the law on the order of doctors and show the public opinion that we are taking measures, is just another fraud.

There's nothing to smile about, Madam Minister, I'm talking about the medicines that are missing from the Oncology Department. It is the communications of doctors, you understand that this is criminal.

The doctor must tell the truth that the patient can find another solution. Health is the ministry where the most is stolen, you spent hundreds of millions of euros with PPP.

You've lost money with a handyman. We expect you to take measures to have medicines. The closed door to the Oncologist is closed because there are no medicines, not because there are no doctors", said Agron Shehaj./ CNA
