The head of PL, Ilir Meta, reacted to the SPAK's decision to indict former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

Meta claimed that this decision was dictated by Prime Minister Edi Rama and aims to annihilate the opposition.

According to him, in the case of changing the destination of the "Partizani Club", SPAK has ignored all the decision-making of the municipality of Edi Rama.

Yesterday's decision of the mercenary criminal organization, SPAK under the direction of Altin Duman, to take the historical leader of the Democratic Party, Prof. Dr. Sali Berisha is nothing but a literal political accusation dictated and predetermined by Edi Rama, in function of his electoral agenda, with the aim of annihilating the opposition, democracy and political pluralism by any means.

The blind service that SPAK is doing to Narkoshtet by attacking the opposition leaders and openly defending the schizophrenic corruption and the terrible criminal connections of Edi Rama is a flagrant humiliation of the justice system and its integrity, as well as a national betrayal towards Albania that there is a crying need to end impunity at the highest levels.

It is this SPAK that does not even dare to mention the name of Edi Rama, not only for the case of Sali Berisha but also for many other cases where his signatures have been placed on criminal affairs.

Sali Berisha is under arrest with the claim that he started the process of privatizing "Klub Partizani" and changed the destination, while the official documents prove that the privatization was started by the Socialist Government, while the change of destination from a sports field to a construction plot was made by Edi Rama, who it is not mentioned at all in the summary file.

In the case of changing the destination of the "Partizani Club" where the state has not lost a single penny, SPAK has bypassed all the decision-making of Edi Rama's municipality and has gone straight to Sali Berisha, who was banned by the decision of the Constitutional Court to change them.
