In a statement from the blue headquarters, the political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, said that this political force will not withdraw without bringing to justice the actual owner of the Tirana incinerator, Erion Veliaj, and the founder of the first narco-state in Europe, Edi Rama.

Regarding the Tirana incinerator affair, he said that Edi Rama and Òngjëll Agaçi are directly responsible.

"In the coming days, we will continue the publication of new documents about the Tirana incinerator affair, as the most flagrant and documented theft that has ever happened in Albania", said Kelliçi.

Anyone who had even the slightest doubt that the colleagues of the de facto owner of the Tirana Incinerator and the head of the Structured Criminal Group Erion Veliaj, would do justice for the affair of the century, the theft of 132 million euros through an incinerator that does not exist , yesterday received a blow and a clear message from SPAK.

In a shameful, scandalous decision, worthy of banana republics, yesterday, the partner organization that covers justice in the SP, which according to the words of their colleague Erion Veliaj, is paid with the budget of the Socialist Party and took the building gift from the Municipality of Tirana, told us that responsible for the theft of 132 million euros, are 12 ordinary employees of the Municipality of Tirana and the Ministry of Environment, who will be judged for the crime of "abuse of duty" committed in cooperation.

These 12 employees, according to SPAK, are responsible for giving the bonus of 8% points to the non-existent company Integrated Energy BV sh.pk, where meanwhile there is no Albanian today who does not know that the person who signed this bonus, even after being notified twice by the then two Ministers Manjani and Felaj that this company did not exist, it is Edi Rama himself.

Engjëll Agaçi and Edi Rama are the persons directly responsible for this flagrant violation, and meanwhile today SPAK, by their order, is taking the members of the Concession Granting Commission to prison, who without the permission of Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj, cannot even they went to the toilet.

According to SPAK, these 12 employees are also responsible for the procedure of granting the concession for the construction of the incinerator, even though there is no Albanian today who does not know that it is Erion Veliaj who initially proposed this project and after the categorical rejection of 2 former ministers of Finances of the time, Cani and Ahmetaj, Erion Veliaj himself signed the approval of this concession on March 27, 2017, in complete violation of the Law on "Local Self-Government", without asking the Municipal Council at all about this commitment and the financial pit into which he entered citizens of Tirana for 30 years.

According to SPAK, these 12 employees are also responsible for the fictitious data in the feasibility study which was used to fictitiously increase the waste disposal fee to 29 euros/ton, a study which we have published in full from this forum and with which we have seen the de facto owner of the incinerator Erion Veliajn, beating his chest, study after study, saying that he was saving money for the citizens of Tirana through the approval of this concession of theft and greed, which today has led to the real fee for cleaning and depositing of Tirana's waste to 101 euros/ton, from 35 euros/ton which was the initial proposal of the IFC and the World Bank.

I want to say two words personally as a citizen and son of this city. I know that many of you are already tired or used to the scandals and thefts of this majority. I know that for you it is no longer a surprise or news if Erion Veliaj steals with the 5D scheme of 5 Directors or with the 7S scheme of 7 Specialists.

We already know that Erion Veliaj is at the head of Tirana Municipality as the symbol of the most banal thievery that the history of this city has seen, and that the founder of the first Narkoshtet in Europe, Edi Rama, continues to be at the head of the government.

But this moment requires even more strength, faith, courage and endurance from all of us, from me first, from every oppositionist and from every Albanian who has decided to work and live in this country.

Although SPAK has already dropped any alibi or removed the mask that it was established as an institution to fight the corruption of high officials, even though SPAK has already completely aligned itself in the blind service of power and has turned into a political tool of the government, we do not we will surrender.

We guarantee every Albanian citizen that the Democratic Party will continue this battle without any compromise. We will not withdraw without bringing to justice the actual owner of the Tirana incinerator Erion Veliaj and without question the founder of the first Narkoshtet in Europe, Edi Rama will have the darkest political end and will be branded once and for all as the head of a drug cartel and not as the head of a free and democratic state.

In the following days, we will continue publishing new documents about the Tirana incinerator affair, as the most flagrant and documented theft that has ever happened in Albania.

We guarantee the Albanian citizens that any official, prosecutor or judge, who becomes a party and aligns himself with the thieves in the government and the Structured Criminal Group in the Municipality of Tirana, will one day be held accountable before the law and ordinary Albanians./ CNA
