Kaso's denunciation: Rama gave 224 thousand square meters of land to the
Ivy Kaso

The Secretary for Legal Affairs in DP, Ivi Kaso, denounced today from the blue headquarters that Prime Minister Edi Rama, by a special law, has given 224 thousand square meters of land to the Koleka tribe in Vuno.

According to Kasos, among the beneficiaries of the property was Aneta Rama-Koleka.

"Such a property in that area, uninvested, is estimated at a value of 30 million euros. When Rama and his "strategic investors" turn it into a resort, it is a matter of more than 150 million euros in profits," he denounced.

Full statement:

"I know this area well, I know it, it's in my blood, I know all the stories. You can talk as much as you want with someone who comes from Durrës and I don't know what is going on. I also know the conflicts within families. Myself and my late, we have never asked for anything. You know very well where we root here, but we didn't ask for anything. Not a square meter"

These are the words of Edi Rama on May 24 of this year in Himare when he was handing out ownership certificates to the residents of the area.

3 years ago, on August 7, 2021, Artan Lame of the Cadastre and the former mayor, now arrested, of the Himarë Municipality, Jorgo Goro, appeared before the residents of Vunoi to announce the completion of the property registration.

In the list of beneficiaries, contrary to what Rama claims, there was also the Koleka tribe, and among them Aneta Rama-Koleka, who benefited from land based on the laws and VKM that had been approved by their leader through a series of manipulations.

Thus, Edi Rama, when he distributed the land parcels belonging to the Himariots according to the law, did a double act of propaganda: he took credit for giving the Himariots what was theirs and lied that his family did not benefit from this property return.

We are not dealing with a field, but with 22.4 hectares or 224 thousand meters, where he and his brother Olsi take a not small part. Such wealth in that area, uninvested, is estimated at a value of 30 million euros. When Rama and his "strategic investors" turn it into a resort, it is about over 150 million euros in profits.

The question is how did Edi Rama get here?

In 2017, Edi Rama and other heirs of the Koleka tribe registered their property in the Property Handling Agency-ATP.

The ATP has rejected the registration, in a still unclear decision, but probably because it found deficiencies in the documentation.

Faced with the agency's refusal, Rama has changed the law, according to which, through a decision, the Court of Appeal forces ATP to register the property directly. Note that the previous law provided that the Court of Appeal's decision compels the ATP to reconsider, not directly register the property.

To aggravate the ATP scandal in this court process, it has not even dared to appear and defend the interest of the state.

Edi Rama made this change through 7 legal acts, 2 laws and 5 VKM.

Under these conditions, the Court of Appeal has taken a decision forced by the revised law, tailor-made by Rama himself.

Edi Rama has thus turned a piece of land with dubious ownership into an Eldorado for his tribe, and despite this he goes out and tells the public that he has not taken a single meter of land.

One of the beneficiaries of the land in this area is the family of Vilma Nushi, Rama's favorite oligarch, also a descendant of one of the Politburo families, just like the Prime Minister himself.

We want to remind the citizens of the illegal, ethical and political double standard that Edi Rama and his tool SPAK use for other families that were not part of the communist nomenclature.

Jamarbër Malltezi and Sali Berisha have been under political arrest for 8 months. The former prime minister is under investigation for having returned their property to thousands of citizens expropriated by communism, and one of the beneficiaries is his son-in-law with about 400 m2.

Meanwhile, the families of the Political Bureau, Koleka, Rama and Nushi, share thousands of meters2 of land in one of the most coveted areas of Albania, the families persecuted by the same bureaucrats, such as Begeja, etc., whose successor is Jamarbër Malltezi, are persecuted again. The opposition leader is kept in political prison without any evidence./CNA
