On Friday, in a press conference from the blue headquarters, Secretary for Legal Affairs Ivi Kaso accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of having given 224,000 square meters of land to the Koleka tribe in Vuno by a special law.

He emphasized that it is about 22.4 hectares or 224 thousand square meters, where the Rama brothers take a significant part.

According to him, Kaso listed the evidence and documents on Vunoi's land affairs, where he claims that the law has been violated.

3 years ago, on August 7, 2021, Artan Lame of Kadastra and the former mayor, now arrested, of the Himara Municipality, Jorgo Goro, appeared before the residents of Vunoi to announce the end of the property registration. In the list of beneficiaries, contrary to what Rama claims, there was also the Koleka tribe, and among them Aneta Rama-Koleka;

It is about 22.4 hectares or 224 thousand square meters, where the Rama brothers take a significant part. Such wealth in that area, uninvested, is estimated at a value of 30 million euros;

In 2017, Edi Rama and other heirs of the Koleka tribe applied to register their property in the Property Handling Agency-ATP;

• ATP has rejected the registration, in a still unclear decision, but probably because it found deficiencies in the documentation:

• Absence of expropriation decision,
• Absence of accurate mapping (borders) of the property.

• Under these conditions, the heirs of the Koleka family turn to the Vlora Court of Appeal. With Decision no. 49 dt. 19.03.2019:

• Amends decision no. 504 dt. 30.03.2017 of ATP,
• Recognizes the property of 22.4 ha and makes its positioning.

• All State Institutions, such as ATP, ZRPP-Vlora, Himarë Municipality, Vlorë District, Directorate of Forests and Pastures have abandoned the trial and only the State Bar has formally participated once;

• Meanwhile, from 2016 to 2020, Rama builds a legal framework (2 laws and 7 VKM), the entire legal infrastructure to benefit the property in question:
