The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has reacted regarding the interceptions of SKY ECC and EnchroChat, for which a number of people with criminal records have been sent behind bars.

In a press statement, Berisha raised accusations against the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani and Prime Minister Edi Rama.

He raised the claims that the investigations into these interceptions were based on Rama's statement 'thugs eat each other's heads'.

According to the head of the DP, bargains were made with this file for the issued arrest warrants.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Edi Rama in implementation of his platform 'thugs eat each other's heads' so that he can control them totally and use them as he has used them as machetes in electoral processes, in tenders and appointments, he is implementing the platform of 'eating each other's heads' with the 'cabinet' controlled by him, headed by Dumani.

The Democratic Party informs Albanians that in the implementation of this platform during the last 3 months based on the recordings of phone calls and coded messages on Sky Ecc, Encrochat of Albanian criminal gangs, the partner services have discovered hundreds of crimes and murders, traffic of Albanian criminal gangs committed in Albania and abroad. Strong political connections at all levels of government, including Edi Rama.

With these documents, transcribed records of capital importance for the fight against crime and corruption, Altin Duman's SPAK is making big deals.

Thus, out of 51 warrants signed for metamorphosis 2, in addition to 7 people who were in prison for other criminal offenses when the arrest warrants were issued, 7 others have been arrested to date, while 36 were notified to leave in an unknown direction, among which all the bosses of the 7 most dangerous mafia families in Albania, the Balkans and among the most dangerous in Europe, all connected to Edi Rama.

In the second package of arrests of 21 people, a total of 4 people were arrested, while another 17, according to the rule, were notified and fled in an unknown direction. In the third series related to the closure by the new justice of Edi Rama of the famous "Toyota Yaris" file, in which, among other things, only in the Port of Durrës 2 million euros were stolen from the 5.4 million that came, 2 million disappeared , the reopening of this file caused the "SKAP of the Party" to issue 4 new arrest warrants, but of which only prosecutor Zarko was found and arrested, three others, i.e. 75% of them, were notified and escaped in unknown direction.

Finally, these two days, based on the registrations received from the partners, 36 arrest warrants were issued from the "scrap" of the party, of which 8 people were in prison for a long time, arrested for other criminal offenses, while 11 people were arrested after were free, while 17 others were notified to leave in an unknown direction.

I add here that in this last metamorphosis in which a judge in Elbasan, a crime boss in Durrës, a deputy director of prisons were implicated, the most crooked character in the file for all the black crimes is Tualant Balla with three surnames, but his communications criminals were hidden by Altin Dumani and the famous Alfred Shehu, the criminal prosecutor, collaborator of Mehmet Greca, Taulant Balla and other gangs of Elbasan who on April 21, 2021 would deceive the Albanian public by declaring as a criminal that in the car of Mehmet Greca, the trafficker of sentenced in Great Britain to 7 years for half a quintal of cocaine, he had no electoral materials when in the meantime he was full of such materials.

In summary, during the last 3 months, out of 112 arrest warrants issued by Duman's 'Skrapi', 15 were issued to persons imprisoned for a long time for criminal offences. And 97 arrest warrants were issued for persons who were free. Out of 97 arrest warrants for free persons, a total of 19 warrants or only 20% of them have been executed and 78 persons or 80% of them have left without charge for temporary vacations abroad or inside. I recall here that in similar cases the prosecutor's office for serious crimes issued 53 arrest warrants and arrested 47 of them, i.e. arrested 88.7% of them.

The Democratic Party strongly condemns the criminal game of Duman and the scrap of the party with Kallp Mandate.

The Democratic Party declares that this catastrophic situation, this criminal game with the mandates of Altin Duman and his criminal organization is the proof of the bargains of hundreds of thousands and millions of euros for each arrest warrant that the criminals pay the "scapegoats" and Duman for them to be notified and leave before the signing of their arrest warrants. This game with crime constitutes a major danger for the country's security and is a game with the life, activity and property of every Albanian. This criminal game is the implementation of Edi Rama's dangerous platform according to which 'thugs eat each other's heads'. The Democratic Party announces to the Albanians its platform for zero tolerance towards crime and criminals wherever they are and against the mandates of Altin Duman and other criminals who collaborate with crime.
