The 5 priorities that bring change in Tirana were discussed by the candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition, Belind Këlliçi, with the residents of Lapraka.
In a round of meetings with the residents of Laprak, Këlliçi spoke about the demolition of the houses that will happen due to the railway project.
He promised that in order not to separate families from each other, he will build an overpass.
"The part of the overpass, we have mentioned together another time, the overpass here is a perfect solution for the residents, to connect the area, to make it possible to go to their relatives, on the other side. That part is solved! Then the expropriation part, do the citizens have any information about who is affected? What is the house about?", said the opposition candidate.

Further, as he saw closely the situation in all the areas affected by the infrastructure projects, Kelliçi guaranteed the residents that everyone will be compensated either with the market value, or they will receive the square meters as they had before.
"Without question, all cases will be treated one by one, as we said in "May 5", they will be compensated with the market value. All those whose houses are affected will be treated. Both those with documents and those without documents will be treated they will all find solutions.
And while we will give them two solutions: Either they will take the meters where they were in a nearby building when the buildings were built, how many meters they had, or they will be compensated at the market value, but we will not leave them without treating them. But until the project is done, they will receive a rent bonus without question", he said.

During meetings with dozens of citizens and residents of Lapraka, Kelliçi denounced the lack of water in this area.
"Here is the water of Erion Velija, the UKT of Lapraka. The drinking water is coming, if this van is not there, if this water is not there, the residents have no water. They take water, that's the only way you see reality. Invite him, ask Erion Velina, take it once, does he know this situation? He who says there is 24 hours of drinking water in Tirana", said the opposition candidate, while declaring that this problem will find a solution after May 14.

He said that even in Laprakë they will work to have water for an average of 14 hours a day, while he also listed some of his priorities for the area.
"About drinking water, I mentioned it myself, it's a problem that you don't have alone. And that's why I'm saying once again that we will undoubtedly intervene to solve this issue. I do not promise you 24 hours of drinking water. But if I tell you, at least after 14 hours of drinking water per day, regular with defined schedules, it is done. The station will come here at the limits where you need it and where it serves you. It is indisputably the easiest thing in the world. And we will definitely organize the gardens and a nursery school, we will build it because this unit has territory", emphasized Këlliçi./ CNA.al
