Democratic Party MP Tritan Shehu said that the unilateral change of the regulation is a constitutional coup and called on the Socialists to abandon the decision.

"You are carrying out a constitutional coup, you are placing Albania on an unconstitutional footing. If you want to join the EU, we must respect the Constitution as sacred."
