But..., the victim has:

"On the forehead on the left side, a hematoma, ecchymosis with a size of 5x3 cm is observed. There is a 2 cm hematoma on the back of the nose without secretions. On the left cheek, bruising is observed almost on its entire surface, yes also clotted blood starting from the left eye area to the left ear.

Left ear with stained residue like clotted blood. Mouth closed, tongue in its socket teeth present below and above with residue like that of clotted blood on their surface.

There is also a laceration of the lower lip on the left side from the inside with a diameter of 1 cm. Rash on upper lip, chin and right cheek. Left earlobe with hetoma with the presence of debris. A 2.5x1cm bruise is noticed on the left shoulder. On the part of the left forearm near the hand, a 2x2cm bruise is noticed.

An ecchymosis measuring 4x1cm is observed on the left knee. In the tests of the corpse, injury is noted"

Three questions for the police, the prosecution and the court

Question #1: "did one stroke cause all these injuries?" Does one punch kill a man???

Question no 2: "only one person hit the victim?"

"He ordered two beers, one for himself and one for a second person he didn't know at all?!"

Question no. 3: what are the reasons why an event in the middle of the city, in the middle of the day, filmed by cameras and with many witnesses...?
