"Teaching, in danger!"

The decision to keep the portal's "winning" teachers on quarterly probation is illegal and contradicts the contract between the Ministry and the unions.

Not only that!

Who or who are the ones who will determine the quarterly performance of the teacher, because his work is measured by achievements at the end of a year?!

Will it be the political commissar, alias your director appointed by the party?

Or the head of DA's office X, also appointed by the party?!

Or the patronage, after determining the political belief or political membership?!

You have caused enough suffering to the teacher!

This is far too much.

Mësuesi për t’u bërë i tillë, i nënshtrohet një kalvari torturues me vite akademike, licenca, kualifikime, provime e lloj-lloj marifetesh.

E gjithë kjo panoramë vuajtjesh, të krijon idenë sikur rroga e një mësuesi është 10.000 euro, ndërkohë që me zor arrin në 60.000 lekë.

Një njeriu i duhet kaq shumë stërmundim e investim, sa sot të bëhesh mësues ngjan mision i pavlerë, por dhe i pamundur.

Boll i morët zvarrë mësuesit dhe e keni bërë mësuesinë gogol e i keni zbrazur auditoret e fakulteteve të mësuesisë, duke i shkaktuar dëm të pallogaritshëm edukimit, shoqërisë e vendit.

Mësuesi nuk është kavie eksperimentale e as i sëmuri juaj klinik që ju sa herë ju teket, i shtoni terapitë tuaja shfazuese e të përdala politike.

Nëse doni që mësuesit të rrisin performancën atëhere:

I rrisni pagën!

I ktheni dinjitetin!

I jepni mbështetje!

I lehtësoni punën!

Invest in education!

Give it authority!

Free them from the political leaders!

Give it status!

Your decisions so far reek of foul politics and are blackmail on the eve of election situations!

Teachers must react!
