Shkolla dhe spitale apo arsim dhe kujdes shëndetësor?

Premtimi i Ministres së Arsimit për më tepër shkolla, ngjan si dy pika uji me premtimet dhe mburrjet e Ministres së Shëndetësisë sa herë përuron lyerjen e ndonjë spitali apo qendre shëndetësore.

Në fakt, me uljen e popullatës dhe lindshmërisë, nevoja për shkolla të reja do të jetë gjithmonë e më e ulët.

Nga ana tjetër, ndonëse popullata do të moshohet, edhe nevoja për shtretër spitalorë nuk do të rritet pasi kujdesi shëndetësor do të modernizohet dhe do të ofrohet ambulatorisht apo në familje.

Në këto kushte, investimet në infrastrukturë nuk duhet të jenë ekstensive, por intensive dhe, mbi të gjitha, strategjike.

Fatkeqësisht, qeverisja e rilindjes mendon vetëm për propagandë dhe një shkollë apo spital i lyer i sjell më tepër dobi se një strategji zhvillimore.

Ata bashkatdhetarë që kanë mbetur në Shqipëri dhe do të vazhdojnë të jetojnë atje bëjnë mirë që të shohin sa më parë përtej bojës.

Sepse një shkollë apo spital i lyer bukur, por pa mësues dhe mjekë cilësorë, pa pajisje didaktike apo diagnostike, me financime qesharake dhe me një strategji të paqartë zhvillimore nxjerr nxënës të paaftë dhe pacientë të pashëruar.

Dhe një shtet që nuk arrin të ofrojë dy shërbimet më të rëndësishme sociale për të cilat ka nevojë popullsia, përse duhet?!/CNA.al
