The case of the robbery of the persistently claimed victory, with evidence and facts, by Lefter Maliqi, former candidate for mayor of Kuçova, is, apart from an affair, which proves that the election process is not a means to respect the free will of the voters, it is also a litmus that highlights a series of other contaminating filth not only of the May 14 voting but of the entire electoral process.

Among which is the functioning of the scales of justice, not according to the principle of equality before the law, but according to the appetite of "Malik". Not Lefter Maliqi, who was declared a loser with the manipulated victory of political rival Kreshnik Hajdari.

Lefteri is the victim produced by the lack of efficiency required by the law of "electoral justice", this legal structure whose objective is to examine, investigate and make decisions with impartiality of the claims of the parties damaged by the theft, the robbery of votes and the manipulated result, which has produced false winners.

The CEC, the KAS, the Electoral College, or the SPAK structure dedicated to the investigation of electoral crimes, are sufficient to administer and correct in time the faults and errors between the parties, as well as to severely punish all the actors who have contributed to the manipulation of victory.

Impartial investigation, judgment and decision-making, without dictates and oligarchic-financial-political behind-the-scenes, is the standard that has been required for decades to be present in electoral practice, but which is still not visible.

On the contrary, its opposite, i.e. dominance, the predominance of the right to get out of the "shuku" with money of the financial oligarchy, with the support of political majorities, continues to be, unfortunately, the norm that has brought about the destruction of electoral processes, the alienation of the will of the voters and the manipulation of the results.

As we mentioned, the conduct of the institutions for the restoration of violated justice, on the occasion of the announcement of Kreshnik Hajdar as the winner of the local elections of May 14, 2023, through an alleged "manipulative" process, is the most flagrant case to prove everything I said above .

Lefter Maliqi has been walking from one institution to another for about three months, depositing files with evidence and facts that support the manipulated victory, from the election structure of his political rival, Kreshnik Hajdari. Three months and there is still no light at the end of the electoral justice tunnel.

While during these three months, almost every day, Maliqi fills the file of "Hajdar of the party", as he usually labels it, with new evidence and facts, which bring him out and cover up the incrimination and punishment in Greece, or the winner of the elections, using power, won with votes bought with the financing of Pëllumb Salillar, "former accountant who with the support of the party became an oligarch", as Maliqi paints it, still the electoral justice, but not only, sleeps in the heat. Why? Was it so difficult for this justice to restore the legal right to the meritorious side, when the claims are supported by evidence and living facts?

Lefter Maliqi has filed documents, videos and photos that show the "former fatorino-oligarch of the party", Pëllumb Salillari, directs the distribution of "shukas" of money in order to buy votes for Hajdar. In addition to other evidence and facts filed by the "loser" Maliqi, the most flagrant case of manipulation of Kreshnik Hajdar's victory was made public by the SP commissioner in the Kuçova zonal CEC. He denounces in voice and image that they had received an order from the mayor Kreshnik Hajdari to destroy the original records of closing the boxes.

The climax! To make the original records disappear..! Is there a purer proof and fact to prove the serious electoral crime that brought about the manipulation of the victory of "Hajdar of the party"?! Even if this was the only evidence, it would be enough for the electoral justice to not only remove the mayor's ribbon from Hajdar, but punish him criminally. Which did not happen. Although three months have passed since the day when Lefter Maliqi entered the conflicting battle of the "stolen victory" armed with the "mace" of justice, facing the financial oligarchy armed with the "stick" of money and political clothing.

"Besides complaining to the CEC that ignored the denunciations, 5 sessions were held at the KAS and 5 sessions at the Electoral College. 6 reports were also made to the SPAK and 2 to the Prosecutor of Berat, by me, by the residents of Lumas and by the Democratic Party, for abuse of office, forgery, active and passive corruption, non-declaration, inequality in tenders, abandonment of duty, construction without permission, etc. , We filed a lawsuit against KZAZ No. 64 Kucovo, against the mayor of Kucovo, Kreshnik Hajdari, and former oligarch accountant Pëllumb Salillari.

We accuse them of corrupt affairs in the water supply, in some roads, in the cemetery tender, in the roads of the villages of Goraj, Tapi, Frashër, etc. We will file 4 more reports for corrupt tenders and construction without permission for Salillar, for the Mayor and the company "Marra". At the same time, we filed a lawsuit in SPAK against Kreshnik of the "rebirth", whom we accuse of falsifying the decriminalization form and concealing the sentence in Ioannina.

"SPAK has started investigations for this", testifies Lefter Maliqi, bringing the hit parade of the battle to date that he and the group of lawyers have undertaken against electoral justice institutions.
