This task is solved by trashing Luli's Decriminalization Law!

Let's go back to our issues, we can't deal with those of Russia.

ODIHR, in its report after last year's elections, practically overturned the decriminalization law.

In recommendation number 14, page 32, the report states that:

"restrictions on the right to run for persons arrested or deported, whose guilt has not been proven by a court decision, should be removed."

See for yourself!

ODiHR says this.

He left his homework for the Parliament.

This homework is solved by trashing Lull's decriminalization law.

And in fact, as ODIHR says it is.

If you read the Constitution of the Republic, articles 69, 70 and 71, you will clearly understand that the conditions for candidacy and removal of mandate are listed there.

Therefore, there is no law, government or embassy to add other conditions, on top of those established by the Constitution.

If the Parliament serves the Republic, it should throw the Luli law in the trash.

If it serves the Taliban, i.e. staying in power without opponents and elections, let them decide to eliminate the opposition.

Let Luli join the government to end the talk of Russian funding in the elections...
