High decoration for the destroyers of Albania

In addition to the financial benefits derived from the stratospheric salaries and benefits from other sources, our "statesmen" of this broken Republic of ours, who, despite the sensational promises of three decades ago to make it like all of Europe, have been forced to Lord, they will also enjoy the high title "Big Star of Albania".

It is about the poorest and most corrupt "statesmen" in the world, who have led the country in positions such as Speaker of the Parliament, Prime Minister and President. This attribute is given to such by the Law of Decorations, amended and approved by a majority of votes on December 22, 2022. This new Law, with No. 94/2023, as long as it was in force, significantly reduced the right to award high decorations to the President of the Republic in order to pass them on to the Prime Minister, i.e. Edi Rama.

According to this new law (let's call it that), the President has the right to award only 11 types of low-level decorations, but in total, no more than 23 such decorations per year, while high-level decorations are given to only Prime Minister Edi Rama. OK. So far everything seems to be normal, when in fact it is not, since the normality of Albania and Albanians has been killed and converted into abnormality three decades ago. And the credit for this goes to the vicious political class, which gave birth to the high official bureaucracy of state administration, including presidents, prime ministers, etc. All those "statesmen", who are responsible for the perversity of the country's management, for the bad governance that has put Albania on the list of the most corrupt countries in the world, the poorest, the most criminalized,

High decoration for the destroyers of Albania

Well, these high rulers of this poor Albania that we have today, where the greatest achievement of the past three decades are their stratospheric salaries and the galloping profits of the oligarchy related to the politics of crime, referring to the new Law No. 94 /2023, will hold the high decoration "Big Star of Albania".

This "Great Star" will be worn by all those who have served for no less than two years as Prime Minister, President and Speaker of the Assembly during these past three decades. This is an explicit right defined in Article 8, point 4 of this amended Law, which removes from the President the right to award high decorations and delegates it to the Prime Minister, who, even without this legal attribute, holds in his hand enough powers to do everything he needs and to be omnipotent.

We emphasize: in a situation of normality, such a Law could be justified, but in this dire situation, where poor Albania and the poor Albanians, the above men of state-politics, have put what Law 94/ 2023 sounds more than cynical. It is the biggest insult to the conscience of national morality. Because it comes at a time when the vast majority of the population still has in front of their eyes the great damage done to the country under the leadership of the men of the state government for more than three decades.

It could have been justified to award the highest decoration "The Great Star of Albania" to Sali Berisha, Aleksandër Meksin, Fatos Nanon, Ilir Meta, Pandeli Majko, Gramoz Ruçi, Servet Pëllumbin, Rexhep Mejdanin, Skënder Gjinushin, Alfred Moisiun, Makbule Çeçon, Jozefina Topallin, Bamir Topin, Bajram Begajn, Lindita Nikolla and the most recent prime minister, Edi Ramen, if 30 years after political pluralism Albania would have become like the whole of Europe.

The "Big Star..." decoration for the above-mentioned statesmen would be completely justified if the star of Albania, three decades after the establishment of multipartyism, would shine over the sky of democratic Europe. Something that not only did not happen, but the unthinkable happened; It has happened that under the leadership of these decorated with the "Great Star of Slovenia" we Albanians have been stuck in a society similar to that of Latin American countries where the skyscrapers of the financial and political oligarchy overshadow the huts of the vast majority of the population. due to financial impossibility, he goes into debt even to afford the funeral ceremony. While point 6 of Law 94/2023, also charges this burden to taxpayers while removing it from super-rich citizens for whom it is defined as an obligation of the State Protocol, that after death, along with the removal of funeral expenses, they should be paid homage and escorted to the cemetery, with official ceremonies and military honors. After the decision of the government, they hold the high decoration of the "Great Star", for the sole merit of the destruction of Albania and the flight abroad of more than half of the Albanians.
