Shkodra Humor Festival/ Zyliha Miloti, Besnik Çinari and Sandër Ruçi return to the stage

Laughter and the sounds of music filled the stage of the Migjeni Theater at the second edition of the Shkodra Humor Festival. Under the direction of Arjan Çuliqi, and with completely new material, the actors of the Migjeni Theater presented an unforgettable evening to the Shkodra audience.

Pure Shkodran humor, as the art giants themselves describe it, remains the most precious value of this festival.

"We have tried this time to give importance to the selection of materials and performers. We have selected non-banal materials, we have chosen different genres such as comedy, stand-up, etc. It is difficult, but we have worked hard and I think the audience deserves this. Humor is a symbol of the city, so it deserves it. All humor is new, so that it is entertaining, but also makes you think," said director Arjan Çuliqi.

"This is the second year that this tradition has returned, and no one is better than Shkodra. We have invited people from other cities and we will be there for many nights. I think everything went well and the materials were beautiful and cultural. The audience was pleased and there were reactions. In Shkodra there is no lack of humor and there is no need for banalities. Year after year I hope this festival will be held", said Zyliha Miloti, Grand Master.

"It's great that this festival is returning to Shkodra. Tickets are sold out for every night. I think the audience needs to laugh," said Drande Xhaj, Grand Master.

From America, actor Sandër Ruçi brought the idea of ??a major project: Shkodra needs a new theater, a dignified space for large performances, in accordance with the Shkodra art tradition.

"I eagerly awaited the performance and wrote the material I have with Zylin, "Meeting with Rozafa". The audience gave the impression. Especially when I have Zylin by my side, it has a different value and this is the 20th material with Zylin. I hope the Theater will be vacated because it is a temple, I hope we preserve it! I think it needs a new building. Therefore, new artists should be identified, which Shkodra does not lack", said Sandër Ruçi, Grand Master.

The second edition of the Nationwide Humor Festival will continue until December 8, every night at the "Migjeni" theater, with invited artists from all over Albania./CNA
