The well-known Albanian singer of international fame, Dua Lipa, has been declared Honorary Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo.

The news was announced by the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, who shared some photos from the important moment on Facebook.

"Today, I gave Dua Lipa the title of Honorary Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo, because she continues to honor our country in every step and every appearance. I thanked him, on behalf of all the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, for everything he has done and is making our voice heard everywhere in the world," Osmani wrote on Facebook.

The president emphasized that she is using her voice and her extraordinary talent, not only to offer the world songs that leave a mark, but also to present the best image of Kosovo everywhere in the world."
