The incident of the murder of Elis Rroshkodoli in Shkodër is revealed.

The police have arrested the 26-year-old with the initials Xh.M for the serious incident that happened on August 30.

Meanwhile, 3 other persons J. Xh., 31 years old, V. Xh., 38 years old and DM, 42 years old, have been declared wanted.

"As part of this operation, citizen Xh. M., 26 years old, was identified, captured and imprisoned for the criminal offenses of "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", "Actions that prevent the discovery of truth" and "Trafficking of motor vehicles", carried out in collaboration. Also, they were identified and wanted, for the criminal offenses "Premeditated murder", "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", "Keeping permit and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Trafficking of motor vehicles", carried out in cooperation, citizens J. Xh., 31 years old, V. Xh., 38 years old and DM, 42 years old", informs the police.

Following the operation, a garage was discovered in the territory of the municipality of Tirana, where these 4 citizens kept trafficked vehicles from different European countries, which are suspected to have been secured to serve during the commission of serious crimes against the person.

From the controls in this environment, 3 suspected trafficked vehicles and parts of the suspected vehicle used by the perpetrators, during the murder of the citizen E. Rr., were found and seized as material evidence. (Sh.).
