Quarrel in Shkodër/ Two drivers fight over passengers

Two drivers were arrested this Thursday around 11:15, in the "Vojo Kushi" neighborhood, in Shkodër.

The 63-year-old man with the initials CS had a physical conflict with the 52-year-old citizen D. Gj., in front of the passenger van station.

It is suspected that the fight took place for competitive reasons. As a result, the 52-year-old man was physically injured and is in the hospital for medical assistance. 

The Police Services immediately went to the place where the conflict was taking place, intervening and preventing further escalation of the conflict.

The Police Services, during the inspection of the CS citizen's apartment, have found and seized a firearm, a pistol and military ammunition, which the 63-year-old was carrying without a permit.

At the end of the actions carried out by the Crime Investigation Specialists at the Shkodër Police Station, the CS citizen was arrested in the act.

Meanwhile, the additional procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër for the criminal offenses "Deliberate serious injury" and "Unauthorized production and possession of military weapons and ammunition"./ CNA
