Habib Rexha, the 31-year-old who shot Arjan Gosa in the head with a bullet, surrendered to the police today.

Rexha said that he passed by the bar by chance with a friend of his, who was not aware of the situation.

"I was in front of the cafe, in an office, when I saw Arjan Gosa in the cafe with his father. I left 300-400 meters, parked the car and started walking towards the bar. I wasn't saving it. I saw it by chance and acted on the spur of the moment.
