Murder of Italian businessman/ Journalist reveals details: Negotiations are underway with the perpetrator, he is located within the territory

Journalist Artan Hoxha, invited to the "Now" show with Erla Mëhilli, spoke about the murder of the Italian businessman in Salari, Tepelena.

Hoxha said that the suspected perpetrator is within the territory and negotiations are underway for his surrender.

The journalist revealed that the suspected perpetrator could benefit from mitigating circumstances since it is not a well-organized murder.

" The person is within the territory and this is proven as there are currently negotiations for his surrender, offering him mitigating circumstances with his surrender, because the event itself is not a well-organized event, he can benefit from this. From what I have learned, since the event occurred in these circumstances, negotiations are being held with close people to surrender, taking advantage of what the law provides. He can explain why he made this decision and why it happened there, for this reason the police are very interested in closing this story.
