Shijak police have solved a case of theft that occurred during the night and have arrested a 27-year-old man.

The arrested person stole a large amount of money and several items from a bar in Shijak during the night.

The 27-year-old arrested is also suspected of being the perpetrator of several previous thefts.

A large amount of money and several items were stolen from a bar in Shijak during the night. Within a few hours, the 27-year-old man, suspected of being the perpetrator of the theft, was identified, arrested and put in handcuffs.

The 27-year-old is also suspected of being the author of several other thefts that occurred previously.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Shijak Police Station, immediately after receiving a report of a theft case at a bar in the village of Shahinaj, organized the work to identify, capture and put in handcuffs the perpetrator of this case.

 

As a result of the immediate and professional response of the Police services, citizen SD, 27 years old, resident of Shijak, was identified, captured and arrested in flagrante delicto, suspected of stealing a sum of money, alcoholic beverages and cigarettes from a citizen's bar in the village of Shahinaj.

Work continues on the legal documentation of other thefts that may have been committed by citizen SD.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further action.
