Shooting with 2 injured in Kukës/ 2 brothers, perpetrators of the incident,

Two brothers wanted for the injury of two citizens on Sunday in the city of Kukës have surrendered to the police.

The perpetrators, citizens NI, 38, and FI, 39, injured two people yesterday, citizens SK, 38, and AC, 36.

Announcement:

Following the procedural actions, after communicating with the available prosecutor, the specialists for the Investigation of Serious Crimes arrested citizen NI, 38 years old, and referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office where proceedings were initiated in the absence of his brother, citizen FI, 39 years old, resident of Kodër Lumë.

These two citizens physically clashed with citizen SK, 65, for weak motives, yesterday, in the place called “Deshmorët”. During the conflict, citizen NI hit citizen SK with the butt of his pistol, and also seriously injured citizen AC, 36, who was not involved in the conflict, through negligence.

The firearm suspected of being used in the incident was seized as material evidence.

Additional procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Kukës ./ CNA
