A 36-year-old man has been arrested by the Rinas Border Police services, on charges of forcibly taking a 48-year-old man into a vehicle, in collaboration with three other citizens, and raping him.

 Citizen JK was placed in handcuffs after the Durrës Prosecutor's Office had issued a detention order against him.

"The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Durrës Police Commissariat arrested citizen JK, 36 years old, resident of Durrës, after the Durrës Prosecution Office issued a detention order for the criminal offense of "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty", committed in collaboration. This citizen is accused of having, in collaboration with 3 other citizens, on 01.07.2025, forcibly taken, in a vehicle, and raped a 48-year-old man. The 36-year-old was caught by the Rinas Border Police services, during his attempt to leave the Republic of Albania", the announcement states./CNA
