TNT at vehicle repair shop in Kruja/ 34-year-old arrested

Investigations continue to uncover the perpetrators of the explosive device placed at a car service station in the village of Luz, 4 days ago.   

The police were able to identify and arrest citizen E.SH., the 34-year-old who is suspected of placing the explosives in the shutter of the car service.

Police have seized the motorcycle that the 34-year-old allegedly used in this incident and his cell phone.    

"As a result of in-depth investigative actions, carried out under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, to shed light on the incident that occurred at the vehicle service owned by citizen AG, in the village of Luz, the investigative structures of the Krujë Police Commissariat enabled the identification, localization, capture and arrest of the suspected perpetrator, citizen:

-E. Sh., 34 years old, resident of the village of Zezë.

Investigations suspect that this citizen, on 28.09.2025, placed explosives in the shutter of the vehicle service of citizen AG. The explosion caused minor material damage.

"Investigations are ongoing to determine the motive for the incident," the police announced./ CNA
