They tried to kill a 43-year-old man/ The incident in Shkodër is clarified

The event that took place yesterday evening, in the village of Postribë, where during a conflict for weak motives, between several citizens, an attempt was made to kill a 43-year-old man with a gun, is clarified.

Following the investigative actions for this case, 3 citizens were arrested and 3 others were declared wanted, implicated in the conflict.

Yesterday evening, immediately after the incident, the Police escorted 3 of the citizens involved, as well as found the pistol with which the wounding was done.

As a result of the quick and professional investigative actions carried out immediately after the event that happened around 20:40 on 13.08.2024, in the village of Postribë, where during a conflict for weak motives, between several citizens, he was injured with a firearm, standing, citizen Ç. Sh., 43 years old, Special Force "Shqiponja" and Section for the Investigation of Crimes against Persons, DVP Shkodër:

they handcuffed citizens KK, 29 years old, AK, 28 years old and LK, 24 years old, relatives of each other; citizens ZK, 28 years old, FL, 25 years old and A. Rr., 25 years old, were wanted.

Searches continue for the capture of the 3 wanted citizens, as well as under the direction of the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office, investigations continue to individualize the criminal responsibility of each of the citizens implicated in this case.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Deliberate murder", remaining in the attempt, carried out in collaboration and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition"./ CNA
