An explosion with tritol shook Tirana in the early hours of this morning.

According to the police report, the incident took place on "Siri Kodra" street.

Near a two-story apartment owned by a citizen with the initials RP, 60 years old, it is suspected that explosives were placed and exploded.

As a result of the explosion, the windows of the business on the first floor, located below the apartment, were damaged. Meanwhile, the police say that an investigative team has been set up to fully elucidate the incident.

Tirana/Preliminary information

On 24.08.2022, in the early hours of the morning, on "Siri Kodra" street, near a two-story apartment owned by the citizen RP, 60 years old, it is suspected that explosives were placed and exploded.

As a result of the explosion, the windows of the business on the first floor, located below the apartment, were damaged.

The work of the investigative group continues to clarify the circumstances of the event and identify and apprehend the perpetrator.
