After the incident that took place yesterday afternoon in a swimming pool in Linza, on the outskirts of Tirana, officers of police station no. 4 have announced the search for the administrator of the "Markata Peshkut" restaurant.

The 52-year-old Ylli Hidri is accused of the criminal offense of 'violation of the rules of protection at work', as he had not designated a person responsible for the pool, as the law provides.

25-year-old Enkeleda Trugu continues to be in intensive care in a serious condition at the Trauma Hospital. The young woman was bathing in the pool with her friend, Orjolin Mete, 32 years old. It is learned that neither of the two young men knew how to swim.

After the serious incident, officers of police station No. 4 proceeded to release 32-year-old Mete, for the criminal offense of "serious injury due to negligence" because when the girl was in danger of drowning, he did not give her the proper help. /CNA.al
